Hello Disc Golfers!

We have some exciting news to share with you! The highly anticipated British Open is making its grand return, and this year’s edition promises to be bigger, better, and more exciting. As one of the longest-running disc golf tournaments in the UK, the British Open has a storied history of showcasing the country’s finest courses. Now in its 44th installment, this year’s event will take place at the brand-new Sysonby Acres, a breathtaking golf course. So this is the perfect opportunity to play some high quality PDGA disc golf and soak in the British culrure.

Melton Mowbray, renowned for its Stilton Cheese and Pork Pies, provides a perfect setting for a disc golf holiday where you can indulge in the best of both worlds – playing a PDGA International B-tier tournament and embracing the charm of this delightful town. From tasting the local beers to enjoying British cuisine, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the essence of this charming town. And of course, let’s not forget the friendships and connections you’ll forge with fellow disc golfers – the heart and soul of our sport.

The course is a disc golf haven spanning 37 acres of idyllic parkland. Our course designers have gone above and beyond to craft extended versions of existing holes and introduce fresh challenges that will test players of all skill levels. Picture yourself navigating wide open fairways, experiencing moderate elevation changes, and strategizing your shots amidst stands of magnificent mature trees.
