The highly anticipated Belgian Open, the second stop of the 2023 European Pro Tour is almost here! Taking place this weekend May 19th to 21th, this iconic tournament is rapidly gaining popularity as one of the premier disc golf events in Western Europe. With a half-wooded, half-open field course that undergoes continuous improvements, the Belgian Open promises an exciting weekend of disc golf. After witnessing an array of incredible highlights and action at the first stop of the European Pro tour the Copenhagen Open, our anticipation levels are high for the upcoming Belgian Open. The players are now warmed up and dialled in for the season, so tune in to find out who takes the top spots.

Located in the picturesque town of Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium, this event not only offers high quality disc golf but also charming surroundings. Braine-l’Alleud is situated just south of Brussels, the vibrant capital city of Belgium. The town is renowned for its rich history and stunning architecture, providing a captivating backdrop for the Belgian Open. Braine-l’Alleud is known for its beautiful landscapes, with lush green fields, rolling hills, and quaint countryside. The proximity to Brussels, only 20 minutes away, allows visitors to easily explore the attractions, cultural landmarks, and the culinary scene the capital has to offer.

All three competition rounds will be broadcasted live on Disc Golf Stream, offering separate streams for the FPO and MPO divisions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the entire competition. The Course:

The course Parc Du Bourdon has a total length of 2374m and features long and narrow wooded fairways with multiple par 4s. Transportation to the course is a breeze, with various options available either taking a train, hoping on a bus, or driving yourself.

The EPT Copenhagen Open concluded with an exhilarating final day filled with impressive performances. Kaidi Allsalu continued her dominance in the FPO division, capturing the win with a superb round of +3 and a total score of +12. In the closely contested MPO division, Mauri Villmann emerged as the victor after a thrilling sudden-death playoff against Samuel Hänninen, showcasing nerves of steel and exceptional skill. The competition was filled with memorable moments, remarkable putts, and intense battles.
