The Estonian Open reached its climactic moving day with improved weather conditions and an electric atmosphere that fueled the excitement. Spectators were treated to an array of amazing highlights, showcasing the skill and talent of both divisions. Moving day witnessed plenty of excitement and surprises, with players making remarkable moves up the ranks. Notably, Samuel Hänninen and Lauri Lehtinen showcased their skills and climbed multiple spots, while even the legendary Paul McBeth faced a challenging day, dropping down to a tied 21st place. Such shifts in the leaderboard only add to the thrill and unpredictability of the competition. Mauri Villmann, Kaidi Allsalu and Teele Tomsalu are in the lead going into the Final Day.
In the FPO division, the Estonian dominance continued to shine through. Teele Toomsalu, a fresh face on Disc Golf Stream, delivered an outstanding performance, shooting an impressive round of -1. Her remarkable play tied her with Kaidi Allsalu, both heading into the final round with a total score of +2. Joining them on the lead card will be Anneli Tõugjas-Männiste, showcasing her consistent gameplay with a total score of +3, and Kristi Unt, who maintained her strong presence with a total score of +6. The final round promises an intense battle as these talented players vie for the ultimate title.
In the MPO division, moving day brought significant movements and amazing highlights. Mauri Villmann emerged as a disc golf superstar, exhibiting exceptional composure and skill throughout the day. His stellar performance of -10 in the round propelled him to the top of the leaderboard with an impressive total score of -20. Joining him on the feature card for the final round will be Nestori Tuhkanen, displaying talent with a total score of -17. Samuel Hänninen and Mikael Häme tied with a total score of -16, solidifying their spots on the lead card. As the final round approaches, anticipation builds for an exciting showdown.

The Course:
The Estonian Open 2023 is scheduled to be held at the beautiful Kōrvemaa Hike & Ski Resort in Aegviidu, Estonia. The course features beautiful wooded holes in a challenging landscape, hole number 18 is thrown over a pond (Caddy Map from here). Situated just 60km away from Tallinn, the country’s capital, this scenic venue promises a memorable experience. In addition to the thrilling tournament, the resort provides a wide range of free-time activities suitable for all ages. Staggered starts. Players must check in 10 minutes before their round at the starting tee. Score based groups within a division. FPO division will start first, followed by MPO.

The Belgian Open concluded with thrilling performances that left fans buzzing with excitement. Heidi Laine emerged as the FPO champion with a total score of +5, displaying impressive power and determination. In the MPO division, Teemu Talikainen dominated the competition with exceptional putting and skill, finishing with an impressive total score of -26. Ville Ahokas and Rasmus Saukkoriipi shared second place with -20, while Miro Ryhänen claimed fourth with a score of -19.
