MOVING DAY IN COPENHAGEN OPEN

The moving day was just what it says in the name when players challenged the Valbyparken course on day 2. We saw a lot of very good scores and some big changes on the scoreboard. The Finns especially climbed up in MPO.

FINNISH ATTACK IN MPO

In MPO Daniel Davidsson was in the lead after the first round and the young gun kept his level up. Another hot round for Daniel, this time with score -10, and he is starting in the lead for the final round with total score -18. From lead card players Joonatan Häme managed to repeat the same score (-7) as yesterday and he will be starting second on Sunday, five strokes behind Daniel.

And then to moving actions. In tomorrow’s lead card we will see also Joonas Aalto (-9 today) and Severi Saviniemi (-8). Joonas rose up 10 spots and Severi 7 spots to fill the lead card with only Finns. Joonas and Severi are only one stroke behind Joonatan and an extremely tight battle is expected to be seen tomorrow. Lead card will start at 14:30 Danish time.

Other movements worth mentioning were Danish star Kristian Spliid who came up 20 positions with a great -9 score and Teemu Lampainen from Finland with -8. These guys reached the chase card with their awesome rounds. How did your favorite do today?
